What a shocker! The Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the banks meaning the avoidance of millions of pounds being returned to us in the form of overdraft charges that have been taken.
According to the telegraph, half of current accounts already charge banking customers a monthly fee of as much as £25!
Are the OFT going to stand back or fight on? Overdraft charges are too high and something needs to be done about it!
